The Big 6-Oh!
Welcome to The Big 6-Oh! – the podcast that proves turning 60 is just the beginning of another great adventure! Join Kayley Harris, the voice you loved waking up to on the radio, and Guy Rowlison, who’s pretty much your average guy with some not-so-average stories, as they navigate everything from blue light discos and dodgy fashion choices to those "wait, when did I get old?" moments. Dive into nostalgia, enjoy the occasional "back in my day" rant, and relive the people and events that shaped our lives.

If you're old enough to remember when phones had cords and the only thing that went viral was a cold, then you're in the right place. Welcome to the Big Six-O with Kaylee Harris and Guy Rawlison. Because who better to discuss life's second act than two people who still think mature is a type of cheese. uh

Hi everyone, Guy Rolison here. On behalf of my co-host, Kaylee Harris, and myself, a huge thank you for being with us through 50 episodes of The Big 6.0. We've shared laughs, memories, and some truly inspiring conversations, and we couldn't have done it without our wonderful guests. And of course, you, our listeners. Now, after 50 shows, Kaylee and I are taking a little sabbatical. Let's call it a half-time break, or maybe even just a chance to recharge. And yes, hunt down a sponsor.

So if you know anyone who'd like to back two broadcasters of a certain vintage with questionable dance moves and a love of nostalgia, send them our way. In the meantime, Kaylee is bravely leaving me unsupervised with the podcast keys. And that means I'll be holding the fort, circling the wagons, keeping the wheels turning with a brand new fortnightly mini-series called the Five Minute Music Time Traveller. Think of it as a quick hop back into the soundtrack of our lives, short, sharp and packed with musical memories.

We really hope you'll continue to tune in, sing along and maybe even laugh at me trying not to break anything while Kayleigh's away. From both of us, thank you again for your support, your messages and for listening. Here's to the memories we've made together and the ones still to come.
